Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa /mastercard, most credit and debit cards but NOT DINERS OR AMEX. We now accept PayPal.
Cards are the preferred method of payment since it is convenient, secure, instant and assures faster shipping.

Please leave us contact details with your order. We DO NOT send junk mail, but may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Shipping and Handling
We only charge a small fee UK £3.40.... This is for the complete order not per item.
UK parcels are usually sent out First Class and may be recorded. If you require Special Delivery this is £9.80 and please let us know your order is urgent.
Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for all applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country, if any. We are not responsible for postal delays.
I do carry some stock, those garters can be posted first class and be with you within a few days (UK). If the garter you have chosen isn't in stock ( & Not Personalised) it will be made and posted within 3-5 working days.
If you've chosen a personalised, bespoke or custom made wedding garter, they are usually made within ten working days and then posted first class.
Although I can deliver quickly, I love spending time and care stitching your orders and it's a good idea for you to have your order for your second fitting. It's nice to try everything on together and know it's perfect.
I know mothers love to give their garter gift on the morning of the wedding so if you need help with sizes, please contact me.
Exclusive laces... I can sell out of designs quite quickly and some of my gorgeous laces can't be repeated, so if you have found 'the one' please don't wait to place your order, as it may not be available later.
As you go through checkout you’ll be asked the date your order is needed for, please add your wedding date or the date you fly etc… I use your date to organise my work schedule.
We shall refund money paid for goods if they are returned unworn, unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning goods we recommend you obtain proof of postage/ insurance as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.
Monies will be refunded back onto the card used to make the purchase.
We DO NOT refund on personalised items/Made to order items. We encourage our customers to be very descriptive in their communications concerning details of what they would like and to make certain their leg measurements are accurate.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.
