We shall refund money paid for goods if they are returned unworn, unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning goods we recommend you obtain proof of postage/ insurance as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. (proof of posting is free at the Post Office for up to £26 insurance.)
Monies will be refunded back onto the card used to make the purchase.
We DO NOT refund on personalised items / made to order items. We encourage our customers to be very descriptive in their communications concerning details of what they would like and to make certain their leg measurements are accurate.
