Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Visa /mastercard, most credit and debit cards but NOT DINERS OR AMEX. We now accept PayPal.
Cards are the preferred method of payment since it is convenient, secure, instant and assures faster shipping.

Please leave us contact details with your order. We DO NOT send junk mail, but may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
Shipping and Handling
We only charge a small fee UK £2.50.... This is for the complete order not per item.
Worldwide £5 if you DO NOT add gift wrapping to your basket.
World Wide £9 if you have already added gift wrapping to your basket.
UK parcels are usually sent out First Class and may be recorded. If you require Special Delivery this is £7 and please let us know your order is urgent.
Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for all applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country, if any. We are not responsible for postal delays.
Where goods are in stock your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) We try to send first class recorded where possible. If there is likely to be a delay in dispatch of more than 10 days ( when an item is temporarily out of stock ) we will email you to let you know so you have a chance to cancel your order if you wish.
We shall refund money paid for goods if they are returned unworn, unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning goods we recommend you obtain proof of postage/ insurance as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. (proof of posting is free at the Post Office for up to £26 insurance.)
Monies will be refunded back onto the card used to make the purchase.
We DO NOT refund on personalised items/Made to order items. We encourage our customers to be very descriptive in their communications concerning details of what they would like and to make certain their leg measurements are accurate.
