Stock items are sent out next day, first class* (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), however we can't hold all items in stock, there are over 200 designs on the website with different colour and size choices too. Out of stock items are usually dispatched within 5 days. If your order is urgent please contact us, so that we can make your order a priority. Text 077 8080 1102 :-)
Special order /personalised items may take up to 10 working days for dispatch. Then sent out by Royal Mail, first class, which may take an extra 2-4 days. Again, if you need your garter /order sooner, please contact us, we always try to help. 077 8080 1102
Special delivery is also now offered (although quite often not needed, please feel free to ring and check 077 8080 1102) and if you can't find what you are looking for please contact us, and we will answer your queries ASAP.
Shipping And Handling
We only charge a small fee UK ..... £2.50.... This is for the complete order not per item.
World Wide, £5 if you choose no gift wrapping.
Worldwide 'signed for' parcel is £9, if you have bought gift wrapping.
PLEASE NOTE: you are responsible for any taxes payable in your country.
UK parcels are usually sent out First Class and may be recorded. If you require Special Delivery this is £7 and please let us know if your order is urgent....Special delivery Saturday £11, or before 9am weekdays is £17.
Please note that when shipping to locations outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for all applicable duty or taxes mandated by your country, if any. We are not responsible for postal delays.
REGULAR STOCK ITEMS.
We shall refund money paid for goods if they are returned unworn,
unaltered with all labels intact in a resalable condition within 10 days of
delivery. (At Christmas the 10-day period is extended to 7th January on
Christmas gifts, not including made to order items.) When returning goods we recommend you obtain insurance, as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit. We would appreciate an email to let us know goods are being returned. (Proof of posting is free in the UK, insuring you for up to £26, just ask at your post office)
Monies will be refunded back onto the card used to make the purchase, usually on the day we receive them.
